Responsibilities
Tax Preparation: Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
Strategic Planning: Support management in tax planning, research initiatives, and quarterly/annual tax projections
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and reports to verify compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities
Client Advisory: Respond to inquiries and provide planning advice aimed at minimizing liabilities while maintaining regulatory compliance
Policy Development: Assist in developing firm-wide tax policies and stay current on changing federal, state, and local legislation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-8 years of experience of tax return preparation for individuals and businesses
Technical Knowledge: Experience with CCH software a plus
