7+ years expLatitude Inc is seeking an experienced Human Resources Benefits Manager to join their client's team in a fully onsite role at their downtown Baltimore office. The Benefits Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, leave administration, compliance, vendor management, and employee communications.

Responsibilities
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in benefits and leave administration
Serve as the subject matter expert for the Benefits and Leave administration modules in Ultimate Kronos Group
Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and support HRIS upgrades or process enhancements
Proficiency with HRIS benefits modules, ACA compliance tools, COBRA platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Manage plan vendors and third-party administrators
Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums, and plan administration
Qualification
Required
