Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise print systems across the organization
Administer Active Directory and Group Policies
Provide expert-level Microsoft 365 administration
Perform system installations, updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Implement and maintain enterprise security standards and controls
Perform nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and on-call support
Create and maintain detailed system documentation
Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Communicate technical updates clearly to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Printer administration and management
Active Directory and Group Policy administration
Microsoft 365 administration
Windows system administration and system management processes
Information management, file systems, and data representation
Advanced system security methods and techniques
On-call support for after-hours and weekend maintenance
