Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Store Engineering Asset Manager to oversee equipment assets for more than 650 retail locations. This role is responsible for evaluating equipment for reuse or removal, managing warranties and returns, and developing strategies for asset sale or disposal.

Responsibilities

Manage rotating and fixed assets at retail locations and Store Engineering

Assess existing assets for projects, remodels, and rebuilds to determine reuse, refurbishment, or removal

Maintain accurate asset lists and reconcile inventory in Maximo and SAP systems

Plan and implement asset life cycle strategies and capital expenditure processes

Develop and manage warranty claims and core return processes for parts and equipment

Create strategies for intake, reconditioning, sale, and disposal of acquired assets

Evaluate equipment from acquisitions and identify parts for repurposing

Negotiate with vendors and develop networks for asset sales

Required

Associate degree required

2–4 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, audit, asset management, equipment servicing, shipping, receiving, or logistics

Knowledge of convenience store equipment, asset management strategies, accounting principles, and logistics

Proficiency in Maximo for inventory control and asset management

Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and lead in a fast-paced environment
