Lead cases with autonomy—handling discovery, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings
Qualification
Required
3+ years of employment litigation experience
Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
Strong case management abilities with a proactive approach
Deep passion for defending employee rights and achieving justice
Active member of the California Bar in good standing
