Responsibilities
Win new business. Hunt, pitch, and close new client logos for project-based and interim A&F solutions
Drive relationships that matter. Build deep, consultative partnerships with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leaders — understanding their challenges before they do
Collaborate with elite talent. Partner with delivery teams to match top consultants and interim professionals to client needs
Cross-sell with purpose. Introduce clients to our broader human capital capabilities — from HR transformation to executive search
Operate with autonomy. Set the pace, own your strategy, and leverage the full strength of our brand and leadership team behind you
Impact the bottom line. Deliver measurable results for your clients — and yourself
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of consultative sales experience in professional services, staffing, or Big 4/public accounting-adjacent environments
Proven ability to build relationships with executive-level decision makers (CFOs, CHROs, Controllers)
A competitive, entrepreneurial drive with a knack for reading people and closing deals
Comfort working independently in a remote-first, performance-based culture
Passion for helping clients achieve success through people, process, and performance
