Responsibilities
Make 50+ Recruiting Touches a day
Scheduling qualified interviews and building relationships with new and existing applicants
Selling the value of our services
Coaching applicants through the interview process
Maintaining detailed notes of interactions and activities with accounts
Scheduling Interviews and getting potential job seekers connected to active openings
Overcoming objections
Communicate regularly with your applicant database via phone, email, text
Negotiating salary and vacation at the end of the process

Qualification
Required
1-2 Years of professional work experience, ideally in a sales or customer facing role
A competitive spirit and are not afraid to ask tough questions
Ability to communicate with ease, both written and verbal
Possess confidence and mental toughness
A go-getter, full of energy, and curiosity
Passionate about getting people connected to help them navigate through finding their next career opportunity
Entrepreneurial but can also work in a team environment
A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset
Credibility and Personality: naturally engaging and inspire confidence and trust, easily connecting with others
