New Grad, Entry LevelUrū Sports is seeking a live Sports Broadcast Operations Assistant to support teams and leagues around the world. The role involves monitoring live games, ensuring high video and audio quality, and addressing issues to facilitate smooth broadcasts.

Responsibilities
Perform pre-game checks (cameras, audio, network, scoreboard)
Monitor live broadcasts and report issues in real time
Communicate clearly with teammates and venue staff
Share short, timestamped updates during games
Log issues after games to help improve future broadcasts
Qualification
Required
Calm, reliable, proactive and clear communicator
Strong interest in sports; playing or working in sports is a plus
Comfortable using basic tech tools (training provided)
Strong written English
Available evenings and weekends
Sports knowledge
Taking courses in AI or Machine Learning or Engineering
