Responsibilities

Provide executive-level program updates to senior management and executive sponsors

Lead end-to-end program management, following the New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) Process

Develop and monitor systems for reporting and tracking to ensure projects meet schedule and cost objectives

Coordinate resource allocation and sharing among cross-functional team projects

Identify and mitigate key risks through effective contingency planning

Work with functional management to secure required resources

Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain stakeholder communication at all levels

Drive alignment between program scope and business objectives

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure product requirements and specifications satisfy customer needs

Maintain and update project documentation as needed

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business

8-10 years of work experience in NPDI Project/Program Management

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required or willingness to obtain

Experience working with or leading international teams

Strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes

Excellent people and communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations

Must possess both strategic thinking capabilities to understand broader business implications and the analytical mindset to thoroughly investigate and resolve detailed technical challenges

Competence in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools

Proficient in English, both verbal and written

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
