Supervise assistants and maintaining a small caseload may be required
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas
Has at least 3 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Has training or experience in healthcare administration or at least 1 year of administrative or supervisory experience in a healthcare related field
Demonstrates organizational, time management and leadership abilities
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
Supervise assistants and maintaining a small caseload may be required
