Responsibilities
Defend attorneys, accountants, officers and directors in professional liability and errors & omissions claims nationwide
Litigate employment disputes from single-plaintiff discrimination cases to wage-and-hour class/collective actions
Represent brokers and investment advisors in FINRA arbitrations and SEC/state regulatory investigations
Draft and argue complex motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions in federal courts across multiple jurisdictions
First- or second-chair evidentiary hearings, arbitrations and jury trials in high-exposure financial and professional lines matters
Qualification
Required
NY Bar admission
Experience in litigation, specifically in professional liability, employment, and securities
Ability to defend attorneys, accountants, officers, and directors in professional liability and errors & omissions claims
Experience litigating employment disputes, including single-plaintiff discrimination cases and wage-and-hour class/collective actions
Experience representing brokers and investment advisors in FINRA arbitrations and SEC/state regulatory investigations
Ability to draft and argue complex motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions in federal courts
Experience in first- or second-chair evidentiary hearings, arbitrations, and jury trials in high-exposure financial and professional lines matters
