They are seeking a Group Supervisor to coordinate operations, supervise a diverse team, and oversee project management while focusing on business development and employee training.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all operations in your location in accordance with ECS policies and procedures

Supervise a diverse team of employees, including both geotechnical and construction materials project managers with an emphasis on growth and financial performance

Prepare proposals, oversee projects and perform technical report reviews

Participate in marketing and business development with a focus on maintaining regular client contacts

Train and mentor existing and new employees in your location

Promote an overall commitment to the execution of timely, quality work performance with an emphasis on business development

Oversee schedules and review employee time and expenses to ensure that they are correctly recorded and coded for billing

Conduct and/or assist with coaching, performance evaluations, discipline, and termination of employees

Assist with recruiting and maintaining appropriate staff levels with approval by your management

Oversee and manage any onsite laboratory operations
