They are seeking a Marketing & Creative Intern to support their Marketing & Communications team during a 12-week summer internship, providing hands-on experience in creative marketing initiatives and proposal development.

Responsibilities

Assist with the creation and scheduling of professional social media graphics and content calendars (primarily LinkedIn)

Support photo and video capture at job sites, company events, and internal initiatives

Assist with basic video editing for corporate and professional marketing use

Provide graphic design support for marketing materials, proposals, internal communications, and events

Assist with bid proposals, including formatting, visual layout, graphics, and content support

Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to gather project information, photos, and content for marketing and proposal efforts

Support event planning and logistics, including coordination, setup, and follow-up

Organize and maintain marketing and proposal assets, including photos, videos, resumes, and project sheets

Provide general marketing and communications support as needed

Required

Currently enrolled college student: senior standing strongly preferred

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Construction Management, or a related field

Strong interest in marketing, visual communications, and the construction or skilled trades industry

Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

Basic photography and video skills (professional or mobile equipment)

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional, fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
