Responsibilities

Pull inquiries from a queue, perform detailed research across systems such as Hogan, Pega, and OIB, and respond through professional written correspondence

Manage caseloads, escalate complex or non-routine issues, and seek opportunities to improve processes proactively

Communicate clearly and professionally via email and other communication channels

Maintain high-quality standards, including QC scores, to qualify for hybrid work arrangements

Support the team with administrative tasks related to case resolution and documentation
