Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously optimize Hach’s end-to-end Business Intelligence architecture and semantic data models
Manage and optimize the Power BI / Microsoft Fabric environment, including Fabric capacity planning and performance tuning
Develop and optimize complex DAX measures and data models to support scalable, high-performance analytics
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Global Data Governance to ensure data quality, compliance, and actionable insights

Qualification

Required

Advanced expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including semantic modeling and capacity management
Strong proficiency in DAX, with proven experience optimizing complex calculations on large datasets
Solid experience with Azure-based data platforms (SQL Server data warehouses) and data modeling best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-focused and self-driven mindset
