Receptionist
LHH is seeking a highly organized and personable receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff during the coverage period.

Responsibilities
Greeting and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
