Responsibilities

Develop and execute a digital workplace vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and workforce needs

Champion collaboration technologies that drive productivity and engagement across global teams

Lead initiatives to integrate AI and automation into workplace solutions, enhancing efficiency and user experience

Build and manage a multi-vendor strategy, ensuring flexibility, innovation, and cost optimization

Oversee deployment and optimization of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and enterprise collaboration platforms

Drive adoption of cloud-based services, automation tools, and intelligent workflows

Ensure interoperability and seamless integration across platforms and business applications

Maintain robust security and compliance standards across all digital workplace technologies

Design and implement strategies to maximize user adoption and satisfaction

Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the employee digital experience

Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement

Build and lead a high-performing team passionate about innovation and collaboration

Manage relationships with multiple vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service excellence
