LHH is seeking a Searcher to support legal and litigation search services for clients in the title, legal, and lending industries. The role involves performing legal searches, preparing reports, and ensuring timely communication with clients while maintaining high accuracy and quality in all completed searches.

Responsibilities
Perform legal, litigation, and public record searches using internal systems and state/local websites
Update and track order status in the OMS system
Prepare and deliver accurate search reports to clients
Communicate with clients regarding order status, delays, or issues
Respond promptly to client requests and resend reports when needed
Maintain high accuracy and quality in all completed searches
Coordinate with vendors as required
Ensure orders are completed within a 24–72 hour turnaround time
Support team members with additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of office experience in a professional environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with phone and email communication
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
