The Curb Appeal Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the property, including daily cleaning and trash removal, and inspecting common areas. Daily cleaning and trash removal throughout community

Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, keeping the property, trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages and/or parking lots clean, neat and orderly

Qualification

Required

Experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, general labor

Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing and carrying

Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile

Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc

Ability to work weekends

Ability to travel to other properties in the same region
