Prepare and update training materials, newsletters, organizational charts, etc
Distribute and record Confidentiality Acknowledgements
Review contracts and corporate governance for due diligence process
Conduct legal research and prepare analysis
Track deadlines
Qualification
Required
3+ years of progressive and successful experience as a paralegal working with commercial issues in a corporate or law firm setting
Solid legal research, organizational, writing, analytical, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Degree or certificate must be in paralegal studies from accredited college, university, or program
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, legal hold, acquisition, and matter management software and processes
Familiarity with the construction industry, sales organizations, and insurance principals (indemnity provisions desirable)
Demonstrate a passion for being process orientated, including a willingness to document what you do and how you do it
