Responsibilities
Managing real estate and finance transactions from inception to closing
Reviewing title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
Preparing closing checklists, conveyance documents, and escrow releases
Coordinating closings and post-closing deliverables
Drafting and filing real estate and finance documents
Abstracting leases and loan documents; summarizing lien searches
Qualification
Required
Minimum five years of law firm experience in commercial real estate
Strong understanding of title/survey review and closing processes
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage and Aderant experience preferred
Florida Registered Paralegal and bachelor's degree preferred
