Responsibilities
Integrate SAP and Non-SAP processes using SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN), QTP, and Selenium
Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency
Prepare, execute, validate, and document test scripts using SAP Solution Manager, HPQC, and QTP
Review and assess test scripts developed by other engineers to ensure test quality and compliance
Plan and execute automation test scripts, log defects, and verify fixes
Lead and mentor an offshore team — establishing direction, inspiring collaboration, and maintaining a shared vision
Work closely with the Testing Lead, ensuring payroll tests are successfully executed and approved by internal stakeholders and vendors
Manage daily test status reporting, test entry/exit criteria, and defect tracking
Collaborate with Functional and Analyst teams to develop comprehensive test scenarios
Review Business, Functional, and Technical Requirements as well as Process Design documents
Gather requirements in Quality Center templates, and upload finalized data into Quality Center for traceability and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in SAP Test Engineering and Automation Testing
Hands-on expertise with SAP Solution Manager, QTP/UFT, Selenium, and HPQC/ALM
Strong understanding of SAP HR processes and system upgrades (preferably HRP 4.7 to 6.0)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing offshore teams and cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
