Responsibilities

Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned nuclear digital products

Partner with business sponsors, leaders, and other Product Owners to shape product strategy and prioritize features based on business value

Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to develop clear, actionable user stories and product requirements

Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, portfolio planning, and release planning

Provide ongoing context to Agile Delivery Teams to ensure solutions meet current and future business needs

Continuously assess delivery progress and report on outcomes relative to business value and strategic goals

Identify and help remove impediments by coordinating with business stakeholders and escalating risks as needed

Ensure alignment across dependent teams and initiatives that intersect with the product roadmap

Support change management, adoption, and continuous improvement efforts tied to nuclear digital platforms

Required

8+ years of experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Consultant, or similar role supporting software delivery initiatives

3+ years of direct experience serving as a Product Owner (or equivalent) on Agile delivery teams

Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale platform initiatives

Strong experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs across multiple initiatives or value streams

Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver cloud-based or enterprise digital platforms

Ability to review and provide feedback on technical and design assets

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

Experience translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly regulated environments

Preferred

Experience supporting digital initiatives within the energy, utilities, or nuclear industry

Technical background or degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience working with UX/UI tools such as Figma

Previous experience launching or scaling enterprise products or major product capabilities

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
