Talent Groups is seeking a Contracts Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact on Open Enrollment contracts for ExEd staff. The role involves reviewing agreements, coordinating legal reviews, and assisting in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms.

IT Management

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact on Open Enrollment contracts for ExEd staff
Review standard agreements, engaging support from Strategic Procurement attorneys regarding any new legal terms
Assign complex agreements to Strategic Procurement attorneys and shepherd the agreements through the legal review process; provide updates to ExEd staff throughout the process, coordinating with them on any necessary changes
Stay up to date on changes to client's contract templates
Help ExEd negotiate better contract terms, especially with service providers we engage on a regular basis
Orient new staff (e.g., program delivery managers, portfolio directors) on the contract review process
Identify and implement improvements to the current process
Serve as the primary point of contact on OE contracts for Finance
