Responsibilities
Support and strengthen EHSQ programs across Nikkiso CEIG’s worldwide sites and projects
Ensure adherence to international, regional, and local requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, EPA, etc.)
Promote a proactive, prevention-first mindset across operations, engineering, and service teams
Drive initiatives that reduce risks, enhance quality, and improve environmental performance
Deliver EHSQ training that empowers employees and contractors to lead with safety and quality
Lead investigations, audits, and root cause analysis—implementing corrective and preventive actions
Partner with global leaders to align EHSQ priorities with business goals and customer expectations
Contribute to initiatives that cut emissions, minimize waste, and support the clean energy transition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in EHS, Quality, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of global or multi-site EHSQ experience in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors
In-depth knowledge of international standards and compliance frameworks
Strong track record in safety culture, quality management, and sustainability programs
Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and influencing skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to work globally across teams and time zones
Willingness to travel internationally to support sites, customers, and projects
Preferred
advanced certifications like NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma
