Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Program Managers to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions

Develop custom tools and services using a Microsoft .NET–based API

Write and maintain programs of moderate to high complexity using standard development methodologies

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues independently or in collaboration with other team members

Participate in inter-agency system design, data exchanges, and criminal justice system integration projects

Perform thorough code testing and manage application deployments

Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, data dictionaries, and change logs

Actively participate in project meetings, technical discussions, and cross-functional teams
