Toyota Industries Group TACG-TICA-TIES is seeking a candidate for a mid-senior technical support position. The role involves providing end-user support for hardware and software, administering and maintaining computer systems, and ensuring network performance and security.
Responsibilities
Performing end-user support of hardware and software
Administers, Installs and Maintains as well as supports the integrity of various computer systems, including backups, recovery and file maintenance
Assists with the daily administration and monitoring of a network/server environment and performance
Performs testing to provide diagnosis of issues and to assist with the deployment of any solutions
Installing and configuring software to resolve technical problems along with monitoring software licensing and maintenance agreements
Supports and enforces a disaster recovery, security and backup and restore plan
Maintain or create system related documentation
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of support within a multiuser environment
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must be team-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to commute/relocate to Pendergrass, GA 30567
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
