Responsibilities
Manage and grow your regional territory
Perform technical service: installations, repairs, preventative maintenance
Build and maintain client relationships
Identify new business opportunities and expand service contracts
Collaborate with remote teams for scheduling and project management
Represent Aquafinity at trade shows and industry events
Qualification
Required
5+ years in technical service and/or sales (commercial pool, HVAC, or water treatment preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (including overnight stays)
Ability to perform light physical tasks
Completion of Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) training within one year
