Responsibilities
Advance the CEO’s priority initiatives, including improving how deal teams source and structure projects and how operations support those deals post-close
Work closely with functional leaders across the business
Be involved from early problem framing through design and real implementation
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment banking firm, or private equity firm
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
Experience in strategic business planning, revenue optimization, and operational scaling in a multi-entity organization
Familiarity with real estate is a plus, but a track record in solving complex business problems and executing growth initiatives is a must
