Responsibilities
Prepares and compiles records of patients for treatment in a clinic or admission into an in-patient facility, ensuring that all policies and procedures are observed
Maintains and updates patient's medical records and enter patient information into computer
Qualification
Required
Equivalent to graduation from high school and two (2) years clerical support experience in a clinical setting
A minimum of one (1) year RECENT, DOCUMENTED (within past 3 years) Unit Clerk / Unit Secretary experience in a hospital setting
Experience using EPIC
Recent, documented Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred
Expert skill level in Microsoft Office Products, i.e. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
