Introduce payment and POS tools that support daily operations
Join scheduled conversations and follow up with interested businesses
Guide new clients through the onboarding process from first conversation through setup
Build confidence and trust through clear, friendly communication
Keep organized notes and updates in the CRM system
Work with your team to support onboarding and business growth goals
Qualification
Required
Comfortable talking with new people and asking questions
Motivated, dependable, and open to learning
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual meetings
Preferred
Customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
