Responsibilities
14+ years of hands-on work with CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, Javelin, and GenRocket
Proven expertise in CA TDM (Test Data Manager) including TDM Portal, Fast Data Masker, Data Maker, Data Subsetting, and Javelin workflow design
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level Test Data Management (TDM) strategies covering data provisioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other data privacy regulations
Strong Delphix platform knowledge for data virtualization, self-service portal configuration, data cloning, and automation through REST APIs
Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, cloud storage) and the ability to handle structured and unstructured data sources
Experience integrating TDM solutions within Agile and DevOps frameworks, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and data pipelines
Ability to manage the full test-data lifecycle from request intake through delivery and restoration while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, architect scalable data-management solutions, and drive continuous improvement of TDM processes
Familiarity with data quality, ETL/ELT processes, data profiling, and containerization technologies such as Docker
