Responsibilities
This person would greet and seat guests in our restaurant. Assist managers and other workers with opening or closing of the restaurant
Answering phone calls and taking reservations
Control heavy volume at restaurant entrance and attend to and anticipate guests needs
Overall ambassador of hotel and food and beverage outlets and help with other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Must be flexible with scheduled and be able to work AM and PM shifts, Monday through Sunday
Must present ServSafe and RAMP certifications upon hire
