Personal Lines Account Manager
Interactive Resources - iR is a well-established insurance agency seeking a customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to support and service a growing book of personal insurance clients. This role involves day-to-day account management, policy servicing, and client communication while ensuring coverage accuracy and a high level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary service contact for assigned personal lines accounts
Manage policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and billing-related inquiries
Review existing policies to identify coverage gaps, enhancements, or cost-saving opportunities
Prepare re-quotes and remarket accounts when appropriate or upon client request
Ensure policy documentation and client records are accurate and up to date
Collaborate with producers and internal team members to support sales and retention efforts
Deliver timely, professional, and solutions-oriented customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience servicing personal lines insurance accounts
Active Florida 220 or 2044 insurance license
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines independently
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with agency management systems (AMS360 or similar preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
