Head of Sales and Marketing - Staffing & Workforce Solutions
HTI is a leading staffing and workforce solutions partner in the Southeast, seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth. The role involves owning the staffing sales strategy, developing new business, and leading a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities
Own staffing sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion
Drive new business development and expand existing staffing accounts
Build, coach, and lead a high-performance staffing sales team
Oversee forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution
Strengthen brand presence through events, partnerships, and community engagement
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of sales leadership in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, HR services, or RPO (REQUIRED)
Proven success meeting or exceeding staffing revenue goals
Experience leading multi-location or regional sales teams
Strong negotiation, executive communication, and client relationship skills
Deep knowledge of staffing sales cycles and pricing models
