Confidencial is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership over company-wide operations. The role involves developing operational strategies, overseeing daily operations, and driving operational excellence while partnering closely with the executive leadership team.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership over company-wide operations to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality execution
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate goals and growth objectives
Oversee daily operations across multiple functions, locations, or business units
Drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives
Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance management frameworks
Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team on strategic planning and execution
Lead and develop senior operations leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams
Oversee operational budgets, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation
Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and scalability challenges; implement corrective actions
Support business expansion, new product launches, and operational transformation initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

MBA
Experience in fast-growing, multinational, or regulated environments
Industry experience relevant to the company's operations
