Responsibilities
Develop and implement CNC programs to manufacture precision parts according to customer specifications
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize designs for manufacturability
Use a variety of programming languages and software to program CNC machines, including G-code and CAM software
Perform tests to verify the accuracy and quality of CNC programs
Make necessary adjustments to CNC programs and machines to optimize production processes
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming
Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and software, including G-code and CAM software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Knowledge of machining processes and equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
CAM programming: 4 years
CNC machining: 4 years
