Responsibilities
Provide miscellaneous administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed
Manage calendars, deadlines, and reminders related to case activity
Coordinate meetings, calls, and internal case discussions
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files in accordance with firm standards
Assist with billing support, and expense documentation
Handle routine correspondence and communications with clients, courts, and third parties
File documents with courts and administrative agencies (e-filing and physical filing)
Prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Follow firm policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and external contacts
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an administrative support role within a law firm or professional services firm
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Attitude above all else – willingness to jump in with both feet, to be coachable, and to work well with others as part of a team
