Responsibilities
Support and manage live warehouse operations
Focus on production and application support for Manhattan WMS & WCS in a live warehouse environment
Work closely with onsite client teams while coordinating with offshore teams to ensure smooth warehouse and conveyor operations
Qualification
Required
6–7 years of overall experience with Manhattan WMS
5+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WCS
Mandatory production/application support experience in Manhattan WMS & WCS
Strong expertise in WCS, conveyor systems, and warehouse automation
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in live warehouse environments
Experience working in an onsite–offshore delivery model
Excellent communication skills to interact with business, operations, and technical teams
USC or Green Card candidates only
