Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for the Mexican market
Source, screen, and engage candidates for a range of roles in Mexico, ensuring a diverse and qualified pipeline
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to measure effectiveness of sourcing strategies
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies related to recruitment in Mexico
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional networks
Provide an excellent candidate experience, reflecting the company’s employer brand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition (Inhouse)
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and recruitment best practices
Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
preferably experience recruiting for Mexico or Latin America
