Responsibilities

Design and lead the implementation of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and scalability needs
Create and maintain robust data models, hierarchies, and classifications within the Stibo platform
Architect integration patterns to connect Stibo with ERP, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems (using REST/SOAP APIs, OIIE, etc.)
Guide developers and stakeholders on best practices for configuration, business rules, and workflows
Monitor system performance and implement improvements for stability and speed

Required

5+ years of experience with Stibo Systems STEP platform (configuration, development, and architecture)

Experience leading technical workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions
