Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise Windows infrastructure
Manage Active Directory , including Group Policy (GPO) design and maintenance
Oversee Microsoft 365 administration and tenant operations
Manage enterprise print systems for reliability and performance
Implement and maintain identity and access management using Okta
Perform patching, upgrades, and system maintenance , including after-hours support
Enforce system security best practices and operational standards
Create and maintain technical documentation
Troubleshoot complex issues across enterprise systems
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of enterprise Windows Systems Administration
8+ years of Active Directory & Group Policy experience
8+ years administering Microsoft 365 / O365
8+ years managing enterprise print services
Strong experience with system security, identity management, and access controls
Experience supporting after-hours/on-call rotations
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently in enterprise environments
