Responsibilities

Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and providing regular communication
Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Scoping and estimating new projects, exploring innovative solutions and new opportunities
Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and contributing to accurate project forecasting
Identifying and scoping new project opportunities with existing clients
Providing regular project status updates to the Account Lead and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation
Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes

Qualification

Marketing principles understandingProject management experienceProject management toolsMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication skillsFluency in EnglishInterpersonal skillsPresentation skillsAdaptability

Required

Proven project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Understanding of marketing principles, including CRM strategy and marketing technology
Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities
Fluency in English
Strong skills in the Microsoft office package, especially PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet) and PowerBI is a plus
