Responsibilities

Lead deployment and integration of Digital Performance Management tools (OEE, KPI Dashboards, Production Tracking)
Act as SME for smart manufacturing and digital manufacturing applications
Integrate data from PLC-controlled equipment, operator interfaces, MES, and SPC systems
Serve as technical lead and liaison between manufacturing, IT, and software development teams
Gather plant-specific requirements and support the full application lifecycle (design, test, release, support)
Ensure systems meet FDA and internal quality requirements
Perform process and system validation activities, including IQ and OQ
Develop and update Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) and technical documentation
Identify project risks and communicate timelines and impacts to stakeholders
Support machine connectivity and data acquisition initiatives across manufacturing sites
Provide training to plant personnel on Industry 4.0 tools and technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of relevant experience (or 2+ years with an advanced degree)
Experience with manufacturing automation and PLC-based systems
Proficiency in Python, C#, and/or .NET technologies
Strong experience with SQL and data modeling
Hands-on experience with MES platforms (Critical Manufacturing, FactoryWorks, or similar)
Proven experience in process validation within a regulated (FDA/GMP) environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
