The role involves developing and executing a territory sales strategy, engaging with key decision-makers, and managing the entire sales cycle to drive consistent growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive consistent growth
Call on key decision-makers including municipalities, school districts, universities, architects, property managers, contractors, and corporate campuses
Build new business through proactive outreach: cold calling, networking, referrals, tradeshows, and community engagement
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction
Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive activity
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Travel throughout the assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Min. 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience within education, municipal, or commercial markets
Industry experience in outdoor furniture, playgrounds, recreation, or related products required
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
CRM proficiency and comfort working with sales metrics
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
