Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Stock Loan and Prime Brokerage processes
Serve as a subject matter expert on ADP/Broadridge/BPS systems, with a focus on BPSA schema, tables, and associated data fields
Collaborate with business users and technology teams to translate business needs into detailed BRDs and FSDs
Map and analyze current business processes related to equity trading, trade lifecycle, clearing, and settlement
Support the design, development, and implementation of system enhancements and new functionality
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements for process optimization and automation
Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and adheres to company standards
Provide training, support, and guidance to business users on system functionality and workflows
Liaise with third-party vendors (e.g., Broadridge) as needed for system upgrades, troubleshooting, or issue resolution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience as Business Analyst and 3+ years of experience in Stock Loan and/or Prime Brokerage operations, preferably within a financial institution
Strong working knowledge of ADP/Broadridge/BPS platforms
Technical proficiency in BPSA schema, tables, and data fields
Demonstrated experience in creating BRDs and FSDs
Deep understanding of equity products, trade lifecycle, and clearing/settlement processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
