Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify opportunities in the industrial sector
Build relationships with Reliability Engineers and Maintenance Managers
Drive quote-to-close process with proposals and negotiation
Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy in CRM
Qualification
Required
3+ years in technical B2B sales to industrial facilities (plants, refineries, mills, etc.)
Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Hunter mentality with proven ability to open new accounts
Comfortable with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
