Responsibilities

Lead regulatory, commercial and clinical development strategy engagements
Develop organizational structure and expand a contractor network as needed
Track industry trends and implement growth strategies aligned with company targets
Ensure operational excellence, budget oversight, and proposal consistency
Represent the organization with global regulatory agencies and scientific stakeholders

Required

Advanced degree (PharmD/PhD strongly preferred)
20+ years in pharma, CRO, or biotech, including 10+ years in senior leadership
Deep expertise in US and EU regulatory submissions and product approvals
Strong business development and financial management experience
Broad knowledge of global drug development, including clinical, pre-clinical, and manufacturing
