Responsibilities
Work with teammates to accomplish the daily cash transfers across various banks and bank accounts
Update and/or review updates of clients' banking information
Work with teammates to initiate ACH Debit and/or ACH Credit batches
Handle ACH debit rejects, resolution and debit reattempts
Review and respond to client cases related to team activity
Participate in ad hoc projects
Assemble data and prepare reports as needed
Assist in handling banking activity inquiries
Initiate inquiries and/or requests to our banking partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
3-4 years of experience in an Accounting, banking, or finance required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Understanding of Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement
Technically minded
Great attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Team player (works well with others) and an ability to take direction
