Payroll Benefits Administrator

Trove FS, LLC is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator responsible for the administration of multi-state payroll, employee benefits, and leave of absence programs. The ideal candidate will manage payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining accurate HRIS data.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely multi-state payroll processing for all employees (Bi-Weekly & Semi-Monthly) in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. This includes verifying hours worked, calculating deductions, and processing bonuses and other pay adjustments
Administer all employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement program
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits questions. Respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Payroll, benefits and PTO reporting and other related reporting as needed
Manage benefits enrollment for new hires, as well as benefit changes for life events (e.g., marriage, birth of a child) ensuring updates are reflected in the payroll system
Regular audit of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Work with Finance team to reconcile payroll reports with the general ledger and other financial records
Maintain and update HRIS and related platforms. ensuring that information is accurate and secure
Work closely with HR and Finance departments to align payroll and benefits practices with organizational goals and budget constraints

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently towards regular deadlines
Acumen for process improvement

Preferred

2+ years of experience with Paylocity recommended
